"Subpar Matches"
These matches are not up to par. You’ll be bombarded with spammy offers, like $1000 for a Senior Software Engineer position!? There’s no easy way to adjust your expectations, and the customer support is lacking. To save yourself some time and trouble, it’s wiser to steer clear of this platform.

"Customer Service Issues and Profile Review Delay"
I've been waiting for my profile to be reviewed for more than a month now. I shot them an email to check on the status, and they got back to me saying it shouldn't take longer than 30 days. Well, here I am, over a month later, and when I logged in today, I had to submit my application again, which is now back in review.

This company is linked to the school I graduated from, and I've heard that other folks from my class are dealing with the same problem.

"Save your time, skip the signup"
You gotta keep asking to get 'shown in the showcase,' and even then, you might only see a response once every four to six months. Having worked as a consultant, I've tried several other hiring sites that offer weekly or monthly opportunities, and the caliber of companies there is ten times better than what you find on Vettery. I gave up on checking my profile since the 'talent manager' seems indifferent and never gets in touch. Seriously, don’t bother creating a profile.

Absolutely fantastic! After what felt like ages of interviews and hearing I was 'just not the right fit' for various roles, I started to think I was a total dud. Then Vettery got in touch about an AMAZING company (not sure if I can drop their name here), and after just two interview rounds, I landed the job - all during a pandemic, no less! I have no clue how they saw what I couldn't for years, but wow, this position suits me perfectly and I'm still thrilled a year later. If I ever need help again, Vettery will be my go-to.
